In Momence, go to Members > Export. Download as CSV. Captures name, email, phone, member type, active class-pack balance, and last-booking date.
Document your class types + retreat structure
Settings > Class Types and Settings > Retreats list your active formats. Note durations, capacity caps, and any retreat-specific deposit rules.
Wellness studios often run retreats with deposit + balance billing — note the cancellation policy and deposit amount per retreat.
Export class pack + membership pricing
Settings > Pricing shows all your packs (5/10/20), monthly memberships, and retreat tiers. Document the auto-renewal rules.
Export instructor + therapist list
Settings > Staff lists each instructor/therapist with bio, photo URL, and specialty (e.g., yoga, massage, sound healing).
Download attendance + booking history
Reports > Bookings (filter by date range). Export as CSV for your records before cancelling Momence.

Create your Who's In Studio
Sign up at whos-in.app/studio. Add your wellness brand: logo, hero image, brand colours, custom domain. The branded portal is live immediately.
Set up class types + retreat events
Add class types with capacity caps. For retreats, create as multi-day events with deposit + balance billing structure (Stripe Connect handles the deposit, then auto-charges balance at the configured date).
Import client list
Members > Import > Upload Momence CSV. Map name, email, phone, active class-pack balance. Members get one-time onboarding email with new branded login.
Configure pricing + payment processing
Create class packs, memberships, and retreat tiers via Stripe Connect Standard. Funds go to your bank account directly — no marketplace, no client-side surcharge.
Stripe Connect direct means transparent 2.7% fee on paid bookings only. No tier-locked transaction-fee discount.
Add instructors + therapists
Invite each instructor via email. Their public bio + specialty + photo surfaces at booking. Members can filter by instructor or modality (yoga, massage, etc.).
Notify clients of switch
Group Messaging sends one-time email + WhatsApp share blast. Most clients prefer the new flow since it skips the Momence app and the marketplace cross-promotion.
