Starter ($19/mo, or $190/yr) and Growth ($49/mo, or $490/yr) have every feature; the only difference is that Starter covers up to 99 active members and Growth is unlimited. Starter moves up to Growth automatically when you pass 99.
Can I run private sessions on Who's In Studio?▼
Who's In Studio has no appointment calendar. Studios run privates as capacity-1 classes booked with a class pack; for appointment-led businesses Setmore fits better.
How much does Who's In Studio cost?▼
Starter ($19/mo, or $190/yr) and Growth ($49/mo, or $490/yr) have every feature; the only difference is that Starter covers up to 99 active members and Growth is unlimited. Starter moves up to Growth automatically when you pass 99. 14-day free trial; a card is taken at checkout and charged when the trial ends. Cancel any time, no contract.
Can I move my members over from Setmore?▼
There is no automatic import from Setmore. Import your member list (name and email) by CSV; recreate your weekly timetable in the scheduler; set pack balances per member; existing recurring members re-subscribe through your Stripe account.
Do members need an app or an account to book?▼
No app to download. Members sign in once with an email link, Google or Apple, then book in one tap. Booking needs an active membership or class pack.
How do payments work, and what does Who's In take?▼
Class packs (including single-class passes) and memberships online through Stripe; drop-in payments recorded at the front desk. 0% Who's In fee on member payments: they are charged on your own Stripe account, so only Stripe's processing fee applies.
How are members reminded about classes?▼
One reminder email about 24 hours before each booked class, plus booking, waitlist and schedule-change emails. Studio sends email only: no WhatsApp, SMS or push messages.
