Can riders pick a numbered bike?▼
Yes, on cycling classes. Riders pick a numbered bike from a bike map when they book (up to 200 bikes, one rider per bike per class) and can add a shoe size for rental shoes. Other class types book without a spot map. It is included on both plans.
How much does Who's In Studio cost?▼
Starter ($19/mo, or $190/yr) and Growth ($49/mo, or $490/yr) have every feature; the only difference is that Starter covers up to 99 active members and Growth is unlimited. Starter moves up to Growth automatically when you pass 99. 14-day free trial; a card is taken at checkout and charged when the trial ends. Cancel any time, no contract.
Can I move my members over from fitDEGREE?▼
There is no automatic import from fitDEGREE. Import your member list (name and email) by CSV; recreate your weekly timetable in the scheduler; set pack balances per member; existing recurring members re-subscribe through your Stripe account.
