Who’s In is live: free RSVPs, paid tickets at a flat 2.7%, plus Clubs, Studio, and Conference. Organizers already use it. The product is ahead of the demand engine.
This is the first growth seat. You land paid acquisition, make it repeatable, then build a team around the channels that work. You will be measured on paying organizers and attributed revenue, not activity.
The job
Find and scale the first paid channels for people who run real gatherings: studio owners, club leads, community hosts, conference organizers.
You will:
- Pick a wedge, then expand. Do not boil the ocean in month one.
- Write and design the ads, landing pages, and short-form creative — or generate volume with AI and finish it so it looks premium.
- Run Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and anything else that clears the unit-economics bar.
- Stand up tracking and a simple source of truth (GA4 + ad platforms + product events).
- Build the loop: ad → page → event/club/studio created → first paid ticket or subscription.
- Kill losers in days. Scale winners in weeks.
- Use AI as default infrastructure (research, variants, reporting, agents), not as a demo.
Wide remit. Real budget. Direct line to the founder. No agency layer.
What good looks like in 90 days
- A working paid engine with clean tracking
- At least two channels with a known CAC and payback window
- A weekly creative test cadence (hooks, offers, formats)
- A short playbook someone else could run
- Clear movement in paid organizers, paid GMV, and new Clubs / Studio / Conference MRR that traces to your work
Who you are
- You have spent real money on at least one of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Google, and you can show what happened.
- You have taste. A campaign you ship should look considered without a designer beside you.
- You are AI-native: you build workflows, not chat windows.
- You click the buttons. Strategy without execution is not this role.
- You are commercially minded. You prefer a smaller base and a large share of the revenue you create.
- You are fine remote, async, and high-trust. A few hours’ overlap with Europe when it matters.
- Level is open. Recent graduate or seasoned operator — proof beats pedigree.
Who you are not
- A content creator who cannot talk CAC
- A media buyer who cannot write or design
- Someone who needs an eight-person brand team to ship
- Someone looking for a slow corporate ladder
Compensation
- Competitive base for your location and experience
- Dedicated marketing budget you control against agreed unit economics
- Structured monthly revenue share on the paid growth you drive (attributed; written down before you start)
- Tools, ad accounts, AI stack, autonomy
- Path to hire into the function once the engine is real
