Is it really free?
Yes — completely free, forever. No credit card, no trial, no catch. We only make money when you sell paid tickets (2.7% flat fee). If your events are free, you pay nothing.
Do attendees need to create accounts?
No. Attendees RSVP with just their name. No app downloads, no account creation, no passwords. They get a confirmation email and that's it.
How do paid events work?
Connect your Stripe account and set a ticket price. Attendees pay when they RSVP. You get paid directly to your bank — we take a flat 2.7% fee per transaction, no monthly charges.
Can I send reminders to attendees?
Yes — every confirmed attendee automatically gets four emails: a confirmation the moment they RSVP, a 7-day advance reminder, an evening-before reminder (6pm local), and a final morning-of reminder (7am local). WhatsApp reminders are also sent to opted-in attendees. You can see the send status of every reminder on your event page. No setup needed.
What happens if I change my event after people RSVP?
Every confirmed attendee automatically receives an update email showing exactly what changed (date, time, location, meeting link, description, etc.) plus a refreshed calendar file so their calendar app syncs the new details. You can see the send status under 'Automatic notifications' on your event page.
What if I outgrow Events?

Can I add photos to my event page?
Yes. Every event supports a photo album with up to 10 images (max 5MB each), JPEG/PNG/WebP/GIF/HEIC. Responsive grid with keyboard-navigable lightbox. The first photo automatically becomes the Open Graph image for social shares. Events with photos get more RSVPs. Included on every edition — free on Events, no extra cost on Clubs/Studio/Conference.
Can attendees download documents like agendas or waivers?
Yes. Attach up to 3 documents per event (max 2MB each) — PDF, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Apple iWork (Pages/Numbers/Keynote), or plain text (txt/csv/rtf). Attendees see a clean list with download buttons on the public event page. Perfect for agendas, waivers, packing lists, menus, prerequisites.
