How much does Who's In Studio cost?▼
Starter ($19/mo, or $190/yr) and Growth ($49/mo, or $490/yr) have every feature; the only difference is that Starter covers up to 99 active members and Growth is unlimited. Starter moves up to Growth automatically when you pass 99. 0% Who's In fee on member payments: they are charged on your own Stripe account, so only Stripe's processing fee applies.
Can I migrate from Mindbody?▼
There is no automatic import from Mindbody. Import your member list (name and email) by CSV; recreate your weekly timetable in the scheduler; set pack balances per member; existing recurring members re-subscribe through your Stripe account. Most owners recreate a weekly timetable in one sitting.
Do my students need to download an app or create an account?▼
No app to download. Members sign in once with an email link, Google or Apple, then book in one tap. The booking page installs to the home screen like an app, and members can add an Apple or Google Wallet membership pass for check-in.
Does Who's In Studio handle payments?▼
Yes, through Stripe. Class packs (including single-class passes) and memberships online through Stripe; drop-in payments recorded at the front desk. 0% Who's In fee on member payments: they are charged on your own Stripe account, so only Stripe's processing fee applies.
What about class capacity and waitlists?▼
Set a capacity per class (capped at the room's capacity). When a class fills, members join the waitlist, and when someone cancels the next person is promoted automatically and emailed. You can also set a minimum headcount so under-booked classes cancel themselves a set number of hours before start.
How do members get reminders?▼
One reminder email about 24 hours before each booked class, plus booking, waitlist and schedule-change emails. Studio sends email only: no WhatsApp, SMS or push messages.
Does Who's In Studio support Apple and Google Wallet passes?▼
Yes. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet membership passes (one per membership) that scan at the front-desk QR check-in. Included on both plans.
