Sell tickets online. Keep 97.3%.

Who's In lets anyone create an event page in about 30 seconds, connect Stripe once, and sell tickets at a flat 2.7% — with no subscription, no per-ticket surcharge, and payouts that go directly to your own Stripe account. Free events are free forever.

From pop-up fitness classes to supper clubs, workshops to game nights — if people are coming, you can charge for it.

No credit card. Connect Stripe only when you're ready to charge.

Sell tickets in minutes

Charging for your class, workshop or event shouldn't need a business degree. Connect Stripe once and your event page becomes your box office.

1

Connect Stripe (2 minutes, once)

Click "Connect Stripe" in your dashboard. Stripe verifies you — not us — and your money only ever flows into your own account. Already have Stripe? Even faster.

2

Set your price

Any amount, in your currency. Add capacity limits and the waitlist handles sell-outs automatically — when someone refunds, the next person in line gets their spot.

3

Share your link

Attendees pay as they RSVP — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No accounts, no app downloads. Their ticket lands in Apple or Google Wallet, and QR check-in scans them in at the door.

The math, honestly

Ticketing fees hide in percentages. Here's what selling 100 tickets at $25 actually costs:

PlatformFee structureCost on 100 × $25You keep*
Who's In2.7% flat$67.50$2,432.50
Eventbrite3.7% + $1.79/ticket$271.50$2,228.50
Luma7%$175.00$2,325.00
Splash$999/year$999 (year one)

*Before standard card processing (typically 2.9% + $0.30 via Stripe — the same processing every platform's payments go through, including the ones above). Competitor rates as published, June 2026.

Flat-per-ticket tools like TixFox ($0.39/ticket) can beat 2.7% on expensive tickets — but they're ticketing only. Who's In includes the entire event platform free: RSVPs, automatic waitlists, WhatsApp + email reminders, QR check-in, wallet passes, recurring events, analytics. On a $20 community-class ticket, the difference is pennies; the difference in what you get is everything else.

And if you refund someone: our fee is automatically refunded too. You're only ever charged on money you keep.

Your money, never ours

Who's In is built on Stripe Connect — the same infrastructure behind Shopify and Kickstarter. When someone buys a ticket, the money flows directly into your Stripe account. We never hold it, never touch it, never delay it. Payouts to your bank follow Stripe's standard schedule (typically 2-3 business days). Your earnings dashboard shows every sale in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to sell tickets on Who's In?

A flat 2.7% per paid ticket — that's it. No subscription, no setup fee, no per-ticket surcharge, no fee on free events. Standard Stripe card processing applies on top, as with any online payment.

How do I get paid?

Directly. Ticket revenue lands in your own Stripe account the moment someone pays, and Stripe transfers it to your bank on its standard payout schedule. Who's In never holds your money.

Do my attendees need an account or app?

No. They tap your link, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and get a wallet ticket. One tap, done.

Do I need a registered business?

No. Stripe supports individuals in most countries. Sell tickets to your weekly class as yourself.

Can I sell tickets for a recurring class?

Yes — set the event to repeat weekly or monthly and each instance sells tickets automatically. Attendees can rebook in one tap.

What about refunds?

One click, full or partial. Who's In automatically refunds its fee too. If there's a waitlist, the freed spot is auto-filled.

Can I limit capacity?

Yes — set a cap and the automatic waitlist takes over when you sell out. No oversold rooms, no manual lists.

Is Who's In cheaper than Eventbrite?

On every ticket. Eventbrite charges 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket; Who's In charges 2.7% flat. On a $25 ticket that's $0.68 vs $2.72 — exactly 4x less.
