Step 1: Export from Mindbody
Get your data out
Export your client list
In Mindbody, go to Manager Tools > Reports > Client Reports > Client List. Generate the report and export as CSV. This includes client names, emails, phone numbers, and membership status.
Run the export during off-peak hours to avoid slow report generation.
Export your class schedule
Go to Manager Tools > Classes > Class Descriptions to note your class types, durations, and descriptions. Then check the weekly schedule under Schedule > Classes for days, times, and instructor assignments.
Document your pricing structure
Go to Manager Tools > Retail > Products/Services and note your membership types, pricing tiers, class packs, and intro offers. Screenshot or write down the details for each.
Save staff and instructor info
Export your staff list from Manager Tools > Staff > Staff Management. Note each instructor's name, bio, photo, and assigned classes.
Ask instructors to send you their updated headshot and bio for the new platform.
Download client waivers
If you use Mindbody's waiver system, download any signed waivers for your records before canceling. Go to Reports > Document Reports.

Import your client list
