For cycling and spin: riders pick a numbered bike from a bike map when they book, one rider per bike per class, and can add a shoe size for rental shoes.
Room Rentals
Rent your therapy and treatment rooms by the hour to practitioners you approve, with their license and insurance expiry on file. They get a personal code, book a free time and pay online, straight to your Stripe account. A room is never double-booked, and your classes block their hours.
Instructor Pay Calculation
Hourly, per-class or flat-monthly pay rates worked out from the classes each instructor taught, with pay history. You pay them; Who's In does the maths.
Family Plans
Sell a family plan: one parent adds family members to their account and books kids, partners or siblings on the same membership. Each plan sets how many adults and children it covers. Group walk-ins are booked at the front desk, with every guest paid for there.
No-Show Tracking
No-shows are marked automatically after classes where you took attendance, and counted per member each month. Set a free allowance and a no-show fee: when a member goes over it, you are told so you can collect the fee at the desk. Late cancels can be blocked, warned or have a fee recorded for the desk.

How much does Studio cost?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: you add a card at checkout and aren't charged until the trial ends. Both plans include every Studio feature, including the branded booking page, recurring membership billing, class packs, the revenue dashboard with forecasting, and unlimited classes, instructors and rooms. The only difference is members. Starter ($15.83/mo billed annually, or $19/mo monthly) covers up to 99 active members and auto-upgrades to Growth once you pass 99. Growth ($40.83/mo billed annually, or $49/mo monthly) has unlimited active members. Save 17% with annual billing.
Can I upgrade from Who's In Events to Studio?
Yes. Studio is added to the same Who's In account, so you keep your login and your Events stay exactly as they are. You then set up your classes, plans and members in Studio, and can import your member list by CSV. Studio Starter is from $15.83/mo billed annually, and Growth is from $40.83/mo billed annually, with the same features on both.
Does Who's In take a cut of member payments?
No. Members pay for memberships and class packs by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay directly into your own Stripe account, and Who's In takes 0%. Stripe's standard processing fee still applies. Drop-ins at the door are recorded at the front desk.
Can I move my studio over from Mindbody, Glofox or another platform?
Yes. Import your member list (name and email) by CSV, recreate your weekly timetable in the drag-and-drop scheduler, and set each member's class-pack balance. Members on recurring plans re-subscribe through your Stripe account. There is no automatic schedule import, so nothing moves without you checking it.
Who is Studio not the right fit for?
Studio is built for independent studios running group classes. It is not the right fit if you need several locations under one account, your own branded app in the App Store, retail or point-of-sale, gift cards, one-to-one appointment booking, an on-demand video library, ClassPass integration or SMS reminders.
Do my members need to create accounts?
Yes, a free one. Members sign in once (with an email link, Google or Apple) to book, so their bookings, class packs and waitlist spots stay in one place. There is no app to download. Booking with just a name, no sign-in, is a Who's In Events feature for one-off events.
