Personal training booking FAQs

Can Who's In handle both 1-on-1 and group personal training bookings?

Yes. Create separate class types for solo PT sessions (capacity 1) and small group PT (capacity 2–8). Each has its own capacity, duration and trainer, and both appear on your booking page.

Can clients book specific PT class packs (e.g. 10-session pack)?

Yes. Class packs are fully supported — 5-session, 10-session, or custom counts with expiry windows. Clients see their remaining sessions in the branded client portal.

How does the branded client portal work for personal trainers?

Your branded portal shows your name, logo, and trainer profiles. Clients sign in once, book sessions, see what they have coming up and check their remaining pack credits, all under your brand.

Can clients book directly with their preferred personal trainer?

Yes. Each trainer has an individual profile with bio, photo, specialisms, and certifications. Each profile is a public page listing that trainer's upcoming sessions.

How do I send session reminders to PT clients?

Who's In sends an automatic email reminder in the 24 hours before each session, on top of the booking confirmation. Clients can also keep their membership pass in Apple or Google Wallet and show it at check-in.

Can I run a mobile PT business with Who's In

It can, with one limit: Studio sessions don't carry their own street address. Trainers working from parks or hired spaces usually add each venue as a room (for example 'Riverside Park') and put the meeting point in the session description. If you mostly do one-off sessions at clients' homes, Studio is not built for appointment-style booking.
