Sound Familiar?

- Two riders turning up for the same front-row bike
- Messaging waitlisted riders one by one when someone cancels
With Who's In
- Live bike availability on your booking page
- Riders reserve their own numbered bike
- The waitlist promotes the next rider automatically
- Ride packs and memberships paid into your own Stripe account
Built for Indoor Cycling Studios
Bike reservation, ride packs and a timetable that runs itself
Numbered Bike Reservation
Riders pick their own numbered bike from a bike map when they book a cycling class. One rider per bike per class, so nobody fights over the front row.
Capacity to Your Bike Count
Cap each class at your bike count. A booking is capped at the lower of the class and room capacity, so you never oversell.
Waitlist Auto-Promotion
When every bike is taken, riders join the waitlist. A cancellation promotes the next rider automatically and emails them.
Auto-Cancel Quiet Rides
Set a minimum number of riders. A class that has not filled by your cut-off cancels itself, pack credits go back and riders are emailed.
Packs & Memberships, 0% Fee
Ride packs (including a single-ride pass) and unlimited memberships, paid into your own Stripe account. Who's In takes 0%.
QR Check-in & Wallet Passes
Scan riders in at the door, even offline. Members carry an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet membership pass.
Rider Preferences
Riders who need rental shoes add their shoe size when they book, so the shoes are ready when they arrive.
Email Reminders
A booking confirmation and an automatic email reminder within 24 hours of each ride. Riders can add classes to their calendar.
Perfect For Every Ride Type
Tag each class with its ride focus so riders find the right one
Power Ride
High-resistance climbs and sprints
Rhythm Ride
Beat-driven choreography on the bike
HIIT Ride
Short, intense intervals with recovery
Endurance Ride
Steady-state cardio for early regulars
Beginner Ride
Lower intensity with technique coaching
Recovery Ride
Low-impact sessions with smaller classes

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I set bike capacity to match my studio layout?▼
Yes. Set each class to your exact bike count, whether that is 15, 20 or 40 bikes. On cycling classes, riders pick their numbered bike from a bike map as they book, one rider per bike, so the room is never overbooked.
How much does Who's In cost for a indoor cycling studio?▼
Who's In Studio is $19/month (or $190/year) for up to 99 active members, and $49/month (or $490/year) for unlimited members. Numbered bike booking, waitlists, packs, memberships and every other feature are on both plans. Member payments go into your own Stripe account and Who's In takes 0%. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Do riders need to create an account to book?▼
Yes, a free one, but no app. Riders sign in once with an email link, Google or Apple, which keeps their bookings, ride packs and waitlist places in one place. After that, booking a bike is one tap.
How do automatic waitlists work?▼
When all bikes are taken, riders join the waitlist. If a rider cancels, the next one is promoted automatically and emailed, with no messages from you.
Can I schedule recurring weekly ride programmes?▼
Yes. Set your weekly timetable once (6am Endurance, 12pm Power, 6pm Rhythm) and each ride repeats every week with its own capacity, bike map and waitlist. Tag rides by focus: endurance, power, rhythm, recovery, HIIT or mixed.
Can I take payment for rides?▼
Yes. Sell ride packs (for example a 10-ride pack, or a single-ride pass for visitors) and unlimited memberships, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay into your own Stripe account. Who's In takes 0%. Walk-ins who pay at the door are recorded at the front desk.
