Yes. Create special event types for recitals, showcases, and intensives with separate pricing and capacity. These appear in the same calendar alongside regular classes.
Do dance students need to download an app to book?
No app download required. Students book via your branded web portal on any browser. Booking confirmations include Apple/Google Wallet passes automatically.
Can each dance instructor have their own booking page?
Yes. Each instructor gets a profile with their photo, bio, specialisms (ballet, contemporary, jazz, etc.), and certification level. Students can browse by instructor and book their preferred teacher's classes directly.
How does Who's In handle term-based dance class enrolment?
You can sell term passes (e.g. a 10-week term) as a fixed credit pack with a set expiry date matching the term end. These are enforced automatically — credits don't roll over after the term without a new purchase.
