Dance studio booking FAQs
Can Who's In manage multiple dance styles in different rooms?
Yes. Set up separate rooms for ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, and ballroom — each with its own schedule, capacity and instructor. A conflict check stops a room or teacher being double-booked.
How do I handle beginner, intermediate, and advanced class levels?
Give every class a level: all levels, beginner, intermediate or advanced. The level shows on your schedule so students pick the right class, and you can spell out expectations in the class description.
Can I schedule recitals and showcases alongside regular classes?
Yes. Add recitals, showcases and intensives as one-off classes with their own capacity, next to your weekly classes in the same calendar. Sell entry with a dedicated pack.
Do dance students need to download an app to book?
No app download required. Students book on your booking page in any browser after signing in once with an email link, Google or Apple, and on a family plan parents can book for their children from one account. Members can add their membership pass to Apple or Google Wallet.
Can each dance instructor have their own booking page?
Yes. Each instructor gets a profile with their photo, bio, specialisms (ballet, contemporary, jazz, etc.), and certification level. Each profile is a public page listing that teacher's upcoming classes.
How does Who's In handle term-based dance class enrolment?
You can sell term passes (e.g. a 10-week term) as a fixed credit pack with a set expiry date matching the term end. Expiry is enforced automatically, students are emailed before their credits run out, and credits don't roll over after the term without a new purchase.
