How do I manage reformer scheduling for a pilates studio?
Set your reformer room as a named room in Who's In Studio with capacity equal to the number of reformers. Each reformer class is capped automatically. Clients see available reformer slots, and the room prevents overbooking. Shared mat classes can run in a second room simultaneously.
Can I sell class packs for pilates (e.g. 5-session reformer packs)?
Yes. Sell class packs of any size (5, 10 or a single-class pass) and weekly, monthly or annual memberships, paid straight into your own Stripe account with 0% to Who's In. Price reformer packs and mat packs as separate plans. Walk-in drop-ins are recorded at the front desk.
How does the branded client portal work for pilates studios?
Your branded portal uses your studio name, logo, and colours. Clients sign in once (email link, Google or Apple) to book reformer or mat classes, see their remaining pack credits and browse instructor profiles. It installs on their home screen like an app, with nothing to download from an app store.
Does Who's In work for both mat pilates and reformer pilates?
Yes. You can set up separate class types for mat pilates and reformer pilates, each with its own capacity, level and instructor. Reformer classes can sit in a reformer room whose capacity matches your machines.
Can pilates instructors have individual booking pages?
Yes. Each instructor gets a profile page with their bio, photo, and specialisms (mat, reformer, clinical pilates). Each profile is a public page that shows that instructor's upcoming classes.
