Events are free forever, with a 2.7% flat fee plus Stripe's card processing on paid tickets only. There are no monthly fees, no per-event fees, and no hidden charges. Premium products (Clubs, Studio, Conference) have separate subscription pricing.

No. Guests can RSVP with one tap — no account creation required. They simply click the RSVP link shared via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel and confirm their attendance instantly.

Sign up for a free account at whos-in.app, click "Create Event", fill in your event details (title, date, location, capacity), and share the generated link with your guests. The whole process takes under 60 seconds.

Yes. Who's In works globally. Payments are processed via Stripe, with payouts supported in 59 countries. The platform is in English and accessible from any modern web browser worldwide.

When your event reaches full capacity, additional RSVPs are automatically placed on the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified — no manual intervention required.

Yes. Undecided guests can tap Maybe (with a free Who's In account so their response is remembered). A maybe never takes up a spot — they get reminders plus a "still thinking?" nudge 48 hours before the event, and one tap flips them to "I'm in". Organisers see maybe counts separately everywhere and can send a capped, spam-proof nudge. On paid events, being interested doesn't reserve a place — a spot isn't secure until it's booked and paid. Maybe works on Events, club events, and Conference registrations; organisers who prefer firm yes/no responses can turn it off.

Yes. Who's In supports weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring events with automatic creation. Set it once and your recurring event series is generated automatically, each with its own RSVP tracking and attendee list.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. Organizers pay a 2.7% Who's In platform fee on paid tickets, plus Stripe's standard card processing. Funds are deposited directly into your connected Stripe account with fast payouts.

Who's In generates unique QR codes for each attendee. At your event, scan QR codes with any smartphone camera to check guests in instantly. It even works offline so you're never dependent on venue Wi-Fi.

Yes. Who's In emails confirmed attendees up to three reminders: a week before (when the event is that far out), the evening before and the morning of. The week-before and evening-before emails have a link to drop out so the place goes to the waitlist. Signed-in guests who add a phone number and keep WhatsApp notifications on also get the morning-of reminder on WhatsApp, and can reply OUT to drop out.

Yes. Who's In provides a REST API and WebMCP tools for AI agent integration. The OpenAPI 3.1 specification is publicly available. AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok can manage events on your behalf via OAuth 2.0.

Yes. You can add custom branding including your logo, brand colors, banner images, and custom guest registration fields. Each event gets its own shareable URL with your personalized branding.

Who's In provides attendance rate tracking, revenue analytics for paid events, trend reporting over time, and no-show rate monitoring. Studio adds MRR and ARR, cohort retention, class popularity and peak-time reports, and Conference adds session-level insights.

Yes. Every event supports a public photo album with up to 10 images (max 5MB each) — JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and HEIC formats. Photos appear as a responsive grid with a keyboard-navigable lightbox. The first photo is automatically used as the event's Open Graph image for Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp previews. Free on Events, and included on Clubs and Conference (Studio pages have their own photo gallery). Toggle "Photo Album" in the Event Media card to enable.

Yes. Every event supports up to 3 downloadable documents (max 2MB each). Whitelisted formats: PDF, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Apple iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), and plain text (txt, csv, rtf). Attendees see a clean list with download buttons on the public event page. Perfect for waivers, agendas, packing lists, menus, prerequisites, and post-event materials. Free on Events, and included on Clubs and Conference.

Add your handles for X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and Reddit in your organiser profile. Icons appear automatically on every upcoming event page — attendees can follow you for future events, photos, and recaps. When you update your socials, Who's In fans the change out to all your upcoming events automatically — no per-event editing. Combined with the LinkedIn verified badge, linked socials double the trust signal for professional events.

Yes. Photos appear in the event page's public photo gallery; documents appear as public download links. This is intentional — attendees need to see them before and after the event. Don't upload confidential files. Every upload passes server-side MIME, file-size, and storage-path validation before being accepted, and storage security rules enforce the same limits at the infrastructure level.

Who's In Studio is a class scheduling and client management platform built for fitness studios, yoga spaces, and wellness centers. It includes instructor management, client booking, class scheduling, and integrated payments — starting at $19/mo, or $15.83/mo billed annually.

Both plans include every Studio feature, including unlimited classes, bookings, instructors and rooms, the branded booking page, recurring membership billing and the revenue dashboard with forecasting. The only difference is active members: Starter ($19/mo, or $15.83/mo billed annually) supports up to 99 active members and automatically upgrades you to Growth once you pass 99. Growth ($49/mo, or $40.83/mo billed annually) has unlimited active members (no member cap). Starter is everything most studios need to start. An "active member" is anyone with an active membership or unused class pack credits.

Who's In Studio Starter is $19/mo against Mindbody's $79/mo per location: $60 a month ($720 a year, 76% less) before any add-ons. Mindbody's higher tiers are quote-only (its own pricing page, checked 5 October 2026). Studio covers class scheduling, client booking, waivers, instructor pay calculation and payments into your own Stripe account, with every feature on both plans and no contract. Mindbody offers things Studio does not, such as a consumer marketplace app and retail point-of-sale.

Yes. Each studio gets a branded booking page at whos-in.app/s/your-studio where clients can browse the schedule, book classes, and manage their reservations without downloading an app.

Yes. Studio supports recurring memberships (weekly, monthly or annual), class packs and single-class passes. You can create as many plans as you like, for example 10-class packs or monthly unlimited, all paid into your own Stripe account with 0% to Who's In. Walk-in drop-ins are recorded at the front desk.

Yes. Studio includes instructor profiles with photos and bios, availability management, class assignment, and instructor pay calculation (hourly, per class or flat monthly, with history). Who's In works out what you owe; it does not pay instructors. Instructors get their own staff login.

Yes. Class waitlists work the same way as event waitlists — when a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified. This helps maximize class attendance and revenue.

No. Members must have an active membership or class pack with remaining classes to book. Walk-in guests can be added by studio staff from the Check-In tab.

Any unused classes are forfeited. Members are emailed 14 days and 3 days before a pack expires, and after that they see an expiry message when they try to book. You choose how many days each pack lasts.

Yes. Go to Admin → Studio → Financials, find the member, click Refund, and enter any amount up to the original payment. The refund is processed via Stripe and the member receives a confirmation email.

Family members are added on a family plan. Each family plan sets how many adults and children it covers; the member adds them to their account and, when booking, chooses who the booking is for. All bookings use the parent account's membership or class pack.

Stripe is required to accept payments for paid memberships and class packs. You can still use Studio with free plans without Stripe. Connect Stripe during onboarding or later in Settings.

Who's In Conference is a full-featured conference management platform starting at $49/mo, or $40.83/mo billed annually. It includes registration, badge printing, QR check-in, speaker management, multi-track session scheduling, sponsor tiers and attendee matchmaking on every plan.

Yes. Conference includes speaker profiles with bios, session assignments, and schedule management. For sponsors, you can create multiple tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver) with branded sponsor pages and logo placement.

Yes. Conference generates customizable badge templates with attendee names, organizations, and QR codes. Print badges on-site or in advance. QR codes on badges enable fast check-in at the door, and your team can scan them to capture leads for sponsors (with the attendee's consent).

Yes. Who's In Conference supports both in-person and virtual attendees. You can manage separate ticket types, track attendance across formats, and provide different experiences for remote and on-site participants.

Who's In Clubs is a membership community platform for real-world groups. It includes membership tiers, payments, group messaging, recurring events, and attendance tracking — all built for communities that meet in person.

Clubs Starter is $10/mo, or $99/yr ($8.25/mo billed annually), for up to 99 active members. Clubs Growth is $19/mo, or $190/yr ($15.83/mo billed annually), for unlimited members. Both start with a 14-day free trial. Who's In takes 0% of membership payments; Stripe's standard processing fee applies.

Yes. You can create multiple membership tiers with custom pricing, powered by Stripe. For example: Free, Premium ($15/mo), and VIP ($50/mo) — each with different access levels to events and content.

Who's In Clubs is purpose-built for real-world communities that meet in person. Unlike Discord or Slack, it includes event management, attendance tracking, payment collection, and RSVP workflows — not just messaging.

Yes. Clubs integrates fully with Who's In Events. Club organizers can create events visible only to members, and members can RSVP, join waitlists, and check in using the same familiar one-tap experience.

Yes. Who's In uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, Firebase security rules for database access control, and Stripe PCI Level 1 compliance for payment processing. Your data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.

Who's In uses Google Analytics 4 with consent denied by default. No tracking occurs without explicit opt-in from the user. We do not sell data to third parties and we do not display ads on the platform.
