Every feature is on both plans: scheduling, online booking, waivers, QR check-in, Apple and Google Wallet passes and instructor profiles. Who's In takes 0% of member payments, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The same numbers apply in pounds and euros.
Can I manage multiple yoga rooms with Who's In
Yes, with no limit on rooms. Each room has its own capacity, and a class booking is capped at the lower of the class and room capacity. A conflict check stops a room or an instructor being double-booked.
Do yoga students need to download an app to book?
No. Students book on your booking page in any browser, after signing in once with an email link, Google or Apple. Members can add their membership pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from their member portal, with no app install.
Can I sell class packs and memberships for my yoga studio?
Yes. Sell class packs of any size, including a single-class pass, and weekly, monthly or annual memberships, all paid through your own Stripe account. Walk-in drop-ins are recorded at the front desk. Members get an email 14 days and 3 days before a pass expires.
How does QR check-in work for yoga classes?
Students show the QR code from their booking or their Wallet pass at the door. Staff or the instructor scan it with the Who's In check-in scanner on a phone or tablet, which keeps working offline. Attendance is recorded and the class roster updates in real time.
Can instructors have their own profiles on my yoga studio booking page?
Yes. Every instructor gets a public profile page with their bio, certifications and specialties, and your booking page shows who is teaching each class.
