Do my guests need to create an account to RSVP?

No! When you enable "Guest RSVP" (which is on by default), attendees can RSVP with just their name and email - no account creation required.

AI agents can search for events, check availability, and initiate RSVPs (which require user email confirmation for security).

How does the waitlist work?

When your event reaches capacity, new RSVPs automatically go to the waitlist. If someone drops out, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified via email.

Can I edit my event after publishing?

Yes! You can edit any event details at any time. If you change the date/time, your attendees will be automatically notified of the change.

How do I cancel my event?

Go to your dashboard, click the menu (⋮) on your event, and select "Cancel Event". All attendees will be notified automatically via email.

Yes! When creating an event, toggle "Recurring Event" and choose your frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Each instance has its own RSVP list.

What notifications will I receive?

As an organizer, you'll get welcome emails, event confirmations, capacity alerts, and RSVP notifications. Attendees receive RSVP confirmations, waitlist updates, reminders, and optional post-event surveys. You can customize your notification preferences in Settings.

Post-event surveys automatically send feedback requests to attendees after your event ends. Surveys include a rating, NPS score, and optional comments. This helps you improve future events and gather social proof.

How do I see my earnings?

All users can see their earnings on the Dashboard via the Earnings Widget. It shows your earnings for this week, this month, and year-to-date, along with total attendees and events.

How do I connect my LinkedIn account?

There are two ways: (1) Sign in with LinkedIn on the login page, or (2) if you already have an account (Google, Apple, email), go to Profile > Account Security > LinkedIn and click "Connect". Both methods link your LinkedIn profile and enable all LinkedIn integrations — sharing events to your feed and publishing LinkedIn Events.

What LinkedIn permissions does Who's In need?

Who's In requests three types of LinkedIn permissions: basic sign-in (name, email, photo), sharing (post events to your feed), and event management (create and manage LinkedIn Events). All permissions are optional — you choose what to grant. Your LinkedIn password is never stored.

Can I publish my event to LinkedIn?

Yes! Connect your LinkedIn account first (sign in with LinkedIn, or go to Profile > Account Security > LinkedIn > Connect). Then toggle "Publish to LinkedIn" when creating an event, or click "Publish to LinkedIn" on any existing event page. This creates a native LinkedIn Event that links back to your Who's In page for RSVPs.

How do I sync LinkedIn registrations?

Go to your event page, find the LinkedIn Event card, and click "Pull Registrations". This imports anyone who registered via your LinkedIn Event into your Who's In attendee list. We recommend syncing the day before your event.

What is the "Verified on LinkedIn" badge?

If you've completed LinkedIn's identity or workplace verification, Who's In displays a "Verified on LinkedIn" badge on your profile and event pages. This badge is visible to attendees and helps build trust. Go to Profile > Account Security > LinkedIn and click "Check Verification" to see your status.

How do I get the Verified on LinkedIn badge?

First, complete LinkedIn's verification programme on LinkedIn itself (identity verification via government ID, or workplace verification via company email). Then connect LinkedIn to Who's In (Profile > Account Security) and click "Check Verification". If LinkedIn confirms your verification, the badge appears automatically on your profile and event pages.
