Setting Up Membership Tiers

Membership tiers let you offer different levels of access and pricing.

Creating Tiers: 1. Go to your club's Manage page 2. Click the Tiers tab 3. Click Create Tier 4. Set the name, description, price, and billing period (free, monthly, or annual) 5. Mark one tier as the default — this is what new members see first

Examples: - Book Club: Free tier (one tier, no payment needed) - Running Club: Free tier + "Training Squad" at $10/month - Football Club: "Junior" at $50/year + "Senior" at $100/year

Payment Processing: Stripe handles all payments. You'll need to connect your club's Stripe account first (Manage → Payments → Connect Stripe). The platform charges a flat 2.7% fee on each transaction.

Managing Members: Admins can mark members as paid manually (for cash/bank transfers) or exempt from fees (coaches, committee members).
