Understanding Email Notifications
Who's In sends helpful email notifications throughout your event journey.
For Organizers: - Welcome email when you sign up - Account confirmation when you sign up - Event created confirmation after publishing - Capacity reached notification when your event fills up - RSVP notifications as people join
For Attendees: - RSVP confirmation when you sign up - Waitlist notification if the event is full - Promotion notification when you're moved from waitlist - Event reminders before the event - Post-event survey (if organizer enables it)
All emails include: - One-click calendar add - Event details and location - Easy drop-out option if plans change
Customizing notifications: Go to Settings → Notifications to control which emails you receive.
