Disconnecting Strava from your account
You can unlink Strava from your Who's In account at any time. It takes 10 seconds and doesn't affect your membership, bookings, or anything else.
How to disconnect: 1. Tap your avatar in the top-right and pick Profile 2. Scroll to the Account Security section 3. Find the Strava row under Connected Accounts 4. Click Disconnect 5. Confirm — Strava is unlinked from your Who's In account
What happens when you disconnect: - The Strava sign-in button no longer works for your account — you'll need to sign in with email/password, Apple, Google, or LinkedIn instead (whichever you have set up) - Your profile keeps everything that was already saved (name, photo, city, country, weight, FTP). We don't wipe those fields when you disconnect; they were just prefill seeds at the start, and they're yours now - We delete the stored Strava access token from our servers - Any Strava-side webhooks for your account are cleared
Strava-side cleanup If you also want Who's In removed from your Strava account's authorised apps list, go to your Strava settings → My Apps and revoke access there. This is optional — disconnecting on Who's In already removes our access. The Strava setting just keeps the "authorised apps" list tidy.
What if Strava is my only sign-in method? If you've never set up email/password, Apple, Google, or LinkedIn sign-in, disconnecting Strava would lock you out of your account. The Disconnect button is disabled in that case — add another sign-in method first (Profile → Account Security → Add sign-in method), then come back and disconnect Strava.
Re-connecting later You can always link Strava again from the same Profile → Account Security screen, or by signing in with Strava on any compatible club or studio join page.
