Sign in with Strava (members)

Joining a Who's In club or studio with your Strava account is a one-tap flow that prefills your profile from Strava.

When you'll see the button The orange Connect with Strava button only appears on the join pages of compatible clubs and studios — running, walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, mountain-biking, spin, triathlon, duathlon, biathlon, time-trial, gravel-cycling, road-cycling clubs, plus cycling and swim studios. If the join page you're on doesn't show the button, that club or studio isn't a Strava-compatible type.

What happens when you tap it 1. You're redirected to Strava to authorise Who's In 2. Strava returns you to Who's In with a verified Strava identity 3. We prefill your profile from Strava: name, profile photo, city, country, weight, and FTP 4. You enter your email address (Strava doesn't share email — see below) 5. Done — you're a member of the club or studio with a Strava-linked account

Why we ask for your email Strava deliberately doesn't share email addresses with third-party apps, so we ask you directly. That email becomes your Who's In login and the address we send confirmations, reminders, and receipts to.

Prefill, not overwrite We use Strava data to *prefill* your profile the first time. If you later edit your name, photo, weight or anything else in your Who's In profile, your edits stick — we never overwrite a manual edit with a fresh pull from Strava.

What if I already have a Who's In account? If the email you enter matches an existing Who's In account, we send a verification link to the inbox of that existing account. Click the link to confirm linking, and from then on Strava sign-in works on the existing account. See "Connect Strava to your existing Who's In account" for the full flow.

Disconnecting You can disconnect Strava anytime from your profile — see "Disconnecting Strava from your account".
