What is the Strava integration?
Who's In connects to Strava in two places — for members and for owners — so the activities you already track on Strava and the clubs you already run on Strava show up here without copy-pasting.
For members On the join page of any compatible club or studio (running, cycling, hiking, swimming, triathlon and the rest of the list below) you'll see an orange Connect with Strava button. One tap signs you in, prefills your profile (name, photo, city, country, weight, FTP), and links your Strava account so future sign-ins are one click.
For owners If you run a compatible Clubs or Studio product on Who's In, head to Settings → Integrations, hit Connect with Strava, pick the Strava club you already manage, and Strava Club Events appear on your public Who's In page. Members tap RSVP on Strava to register on the Strava side, and they sync hourly (or on-demand).
Which club and studio types qualify? - Clubs: running, walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, mountain-biking, spin-studio, triathlon, duathlon, biathlon, time-trial, gravel-cycling, road-cycling - Studios: cycling, swim
If your club or studio is a different type, the Strava buttons won't appear — Strava only opens its API for activity-tracking sports.
What Strava data we use Strava gives us back basic profile fields (name, profile photo, city, country, weight, FTP) and — for owners who connect a Strava club — that club's upcoming events. We never write anything back to Strava without your action. RSVPs to Strava events happen on Strava.
"Powered by Strava" badge Anywhere we display data from Strava, you'll see the "Powered by Strava" badge. That's a Strava requirement and a useful signal to members that the data is fresh from Strava itself.
