Connect your Strava club (owners)

If you run a Clubs or Studio product on Who's In and you already manage a Strava club, you can link the two so your Strava Club Events appear automatically on your public Who's In page.

Who can connect a Strava club? The integration is available on the following Who's In product types — same list as the member sign-in flow: - Clubs: running, walking, hiking, swimming, cycling, mountain-biking, spin-studio, triathlon, duathlon, biathlon, time-trial, gravel-cycling, road-cycling - Studios: cycling, swim

If your Who's In club or studio is a different type, the Strava section won't appear in your Settings — Strava only opens its API for activity-tracking sports.

How to connect: 1. Sign in to Who's In as the club or studio owner 2. Go to Settings → Integrations 3. Click the orange Connect with Strava button 4. Authorise Who's In in the Strava consent screen 5. You'll see a list of Strava clubs you have admin rights on 6. Pick the one you want to mirror on Who's In 7. Click Link this club — your Strava events start syncing within a minute

One-to-one mapping Each Strava club can only be linked to one Who's In club or studio at a time. If you try to link a Strava club that's already in use by another Who's In product, we'll tell you and refuse the link. This keeps the data flow unambiguous for members.

Permissions Who's In requests - Read your basic Strava profile (so we know it's you) - Read your Strava clubs and their upcoming events - Subscribe to webhooks so we get notified when events change

We never write activities, kudos, or comments to Strava — the integration is read-only on Strava's side.

Changing the linked club You can swap which Strava club is mirrored at any time from the same Settings → Integrations screen. Click Change linked club, pick a different one, and the new club's events replace the old ones on your public page within a minute. The previous Strava club is unlinked automatically.

Disconnecting See "Disconnecting your Strava club (owners)" for what happens and how to do it.
