Disconnecting your Strava club (owners)

If you want to stop mirroring Strava Club Events on your Who's In page — either temporarily or permanently — unlinking the club is reversible and takes a few seconds.

How to disconnect: 1. Sign in as the club or studio owner 2. Go to Settings → Integrations 3. Find the Strava section 4. Click Disconnect Strava club 5. Confirm — the Strava club is unlinked immediately

What happens when you disconnect: - Synced Strava events are hidden from your public Who's In page within a minute - The linked-club record is cleared, and the Strava club becomes available again for any other Who's In product to link (subject to the one-to-one rule) - Hourly sync stops for this club - The "Powered by Strava" badge no longer shows on your page - Any native Who's In events you've created stay exactly as they are — disconnecting only affects the mirrored Strava events

Your user-level Strava token stays connected Disconnecting the club does *not* sign you out of Strava on Who's In. Your personal Strava sign-in still works — only the *club-level* link is removed. This is on purpose: you might be an owner of one club but a member of another, and we don't want to break your member-side experience when you unlink the club you run.

If you want to unlink your personal Strava login as well, do that separately from your Profile page (see "Disconnecting Strava from your account").

Re-connecting later Anytime you change your mind, head back to Settings → Integrations and hit Connect with Strava. You'll pick a Strava club from your admin list and the integration is back up within a minute. Past events that were already on Strava sync forward on the next pull.

Permanently revoking on Strava's side For a full belt-and-braces disconnect, also go to your Strava account → My Apps and revoke Who's In. That removes the integration from Strava's view of your account, in addition to our side.
