Waitlist Auto-Promotion
When every bike is taken, riders join the waitlist. A cancellation promotes the next rider automatically and emails them.

Can riders reserve a specific bike?▼
Yes. On cycling classes, riders pick their numbered bike from a bike map as they book (or take any free bike), and each bike can only be taken by one rider per class. They can also add a shoe size if they need rental shoes.
Can I set capacity to my exact number of bikes?▼
Yes. Set each class to your bike count, so 20 bikes means 20 places. When every bike is taken, new riders join the waitlist automatically.
How much does Who's In cost for a spin studio?▼
Who's In Studio is $19/month (or $190/year) for up to 99 active members, and $49/month (or $490/year) for unlimited members. Numbered bike booking, waitlists, packs, memberships and every other feature are on both plans. Member payments go into your own Stripe account and Who's In takes 0%. Do riders need to download an app?▼
No. Riders book on your booking page in any browser after signing in once with an email link, Google or Apple. There is nothing to download, and the page can be added to their home screen like an app.
How does the waitlist work for full rides?▼
When all bikes are taken, riders join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next rider is promoted automatically and told by email. You can also cancel quiet rides automatically if they miss your minimum number of riders.
Can I sell ride packs and memberships?▼
Yes. Sell ride packs of any size, including a single-ride pass for visitors, and unlimited memberships billed weekly, monthly or annually. Riders pay into your own Stripe account and use a credit when they book. Walk-ins who pay at the door are recorded at the front desk.
