How does lane scheduling work for swimming lessons?
Set each lane as a named room in Who's In Studio with capacity equal to the number of students per lane. Multiple lanes can run simultaneously with different instructors, age groups, or skill levels. Conflict detection prevents the same instructor from being assigned to two lanes at once.
Can I schedule swimming lessons by age group and skill level?
Yes. Create class types for each combination — baby swimming (6 months–2 years), toddlers, beginner 4–6, intermediate 7–10, teen/adult beginner, and squad training. Each has its own capacity, instructor, and pricing.
Can parents book on behalf of children?
Yes. Parents create the booking using their own account and enter the child's name for the booking. The booking confirmation and Wallet pass go to the parent's phone, which acts as the check-in credential.
Can I sell term swimming lesson packs?
Yes. 8-week or 10-week term packs with a fixed expiry date matching the end of the term are fully supported. Parents see remaining lessons in the branded portal. Casual lessons can also be offered separately as drop-ins.
How does QR check-in work at a swimming pool?
Parents show the QR code from their booking confirmation or Wallet pass. Pool staff scan it on any smartphone at the poolside check-in point. Attendance is recorded instantly — no paper registers.
