Does Who's In support paper submission and peer review?▼
No. Who's In Conference has no call-for-papers, submission or peer-review workflow. For abstract submission and review, use a dedicated tool such as Ex Ordo or EasyChair alongside Who's In, then add accepted talks to the Who's In programme as sessions with speaker profiles.
Can it manage poster presentation sessions?▼
A poster session goes into the programme as its own slot, with a room and time, alongside talks, panels and keynotes. There are no individual poster pages, judging rubrics or poster favourites.
Does it handle multi-institution attendee registration?▼
Yes. Each registration records the attendee's institution and job title, and you can tag registrations (by department or career stage, say) and filter by those tags in your attendee list. Group registration lets a department coordinator register up to 50 attendees at once.
Can we manage travel grants and early-career researcher awards?▼
Not inside Who's In: there are no grant application forms or award reviews. Run applications in a form tool, then give recipients a free or discounted place with a promo code.
Does it support proceedings publication?▼
