Does it support capacity limits and waitlists for workshops?▼
Yes. Set an overall capacity and limits per ticket tier, with an automatic waitlist. When a place opens, the first person on the waitlist is promoted automatically and emailed; for a paid ticket, they get a link to pay for the place.
Can I share materials with workshop attendees?▼
Yes, by link. Add a description to each session, and email every registered attendee from the Comms tab with links to your slides and pre-reads. Who's In does not host the files themselves.
How does QR check-in work for workshop sessions?▼
Each attendee gets a QR badge. Your team scans it at the door with a phone, check-ins are recorded in real time, and the dashboard shows the check-in rate against registrations.
Can certificates of completion be issued?▼
Not automatically. Who's In Conference does not generate certificates. Export the registration list, which includes a Checked In column, and issue certificates from your own tool.
