Yes, as part of the agenda. Add the gala as a session and sell gala places as their own ticket tier through Stripe, with a 0% Who's In fee. Who's In does not run donations, auctions or seating plans.
Does it support volunteers at nonprofit events?▼
Partly. Who's In has no volunteer shift or rota tools. Team members you add as organisers can run QR check-in at the door from their phones, with check-ins recorded in real time.
Can we manage advocacy sessions and policy discussions?▼
Yes. Add advocacy workshops, policy roundtables and coalition meetings as sessions in their own tracks, each with its own room; you can note a room capacity on each session (not enforced; registration is for the whole conference). Every registered attendee sees the full agenda.
Does it handle donor and major gift prospect registration?▼
Yes. Create a VIP or donor ticket tier, including complimentary places, show the ticket tier on badges, and email that tier on its own. In the conference CRM you can tag high-value attendees and add notes for follow-up.
