Can I run drop-in sittings alongside regular meditation classes?▼
Yes. Run recurring weekly sittings and one-off workshops in the same schedule, each with its own capacity and waitlist. Occasional visitors can buy a single-class pass online, and anyone who pays at the door is recorded on the front-desk check-in screen.
How much does Who's In cost for a meditation centre?▼
Who's In Studio is $19/mo (or $190/yr) for up to 99 active members, and $49/mo (or $490/yr) for unlimited members, with every feature on both plans. Members pay you through your own Stripe account and Who's In takes 0%. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I offer free community sittings as well as paid courses?▼
Yes. A free plan with booking switched on can sit beside paid class packs and memberships, so community sittings and paid courses share one schedule. Who's In charges nothing on free plans.
Do participants need to download an app?▼
No. Participants book on your booking page in any browser after signing in once with an email link, Google or Apple. There is no app to download, and they get an email confirmation and a reminder within 24 hours of each session.
Can I run sessions online as well as in person?▼
Yes. Any session can be in person, online or hybrid, using your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link. Only people who booked receive the join link, and you can sell an online-only plan for members who never come in.
Is Studio right for residential retreats?▼
For day retreats, yes: add each retreat day as a one-off class and sell a pack that covers it. Studio does not manage accommodation or multi-night stays. For a single ticketed retreat, the free Who's In Events product may suit you better.
