Export member directory
In TeamUp admin, navigate to Members > Export > CSV. Captures name, email, phone, squad, role (player / coach / parent), age category.
Export squad rosters
Squads > Export per-squad. Captures squad name, coach assignments, member roster, age category, season.
Document recurring training + fixture patterns
Calendar > Export. Captures recurring training slots, fixture lists, venue allocations.
Export fees + dues data
Finances > Export. Captures membership fees, training fees, outstanding balances, transaction history.
Cancel TeamUp on cutover
Once Who's In Clubs is live, cancel TeamUp at the end of your billing cycle.

Create your Who's In Clubs
Sign up at whos-in.app/clubs. Add club name, branding and club crest.
Set up squads + coaches
Recreate your squads as member groups (juniors / seniors / masters / women's / men's) and add your coaches.
Import your member directory
Import the TeamUp CSV from the Members tab (name, email and phone), then add members to their squads. Emergency contacts are collected when members join.
Build training + fixture schedule
Set up recurring training sessions and one-off fixtures as club events, each with its venue, capacity and an optional members-only setting.
Set up fees + Stripe Connect
Membership dues run through tiers on Stripe Connect, paid straight into your own Stripe account with auto-renewal. Members get an email if a payment fails, and lapsed members get a reminder. Charge for one-off sessions with paid event tickets.
Set up branded member portal + PWA
Members get a branded portal with upcoming fixtures, their membership and (if you allow it) the roster, plus a Wallet pass as member ID. Announcements go out by email.
