Switch from Facebook Events to Who's In

Facebook Events gives you zero control over your data, hides your events behind an algorithm, and offers no ticketing. Own your attendee relationships with Who's In.

Every feature included free forever. No credit card required.

Why organizers switch from Facebook Events

No data ownership

You can't export your attendee list from Facebook Events. Those RSVPs, email addresses, and engagement data belong to Facebook, not you.

Who's In gives you full data ownership. Export attendee lists anytime. Your data is always yours.

Algorithm controls visibility

Facebook's algorithm decides who sees your event. Organic reach for Events has declined steadily.

Who's In gives you a direct link to share anywhere. No algorithm between you and your attendees. 100% reach via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

No ticketing or payments

Facebook Events doesn't support ticket sales or payment collection.

Who's In includes Stripe-powered ticketing. Sell tickets, manage capacity, and collect payments all in one place.

Step 1: Export from Facebook Events

Get your data out

1

Copy your event details

Open your Facebook Event and manually copy the event title, description, date, time, and location.

2

Save your event images

Right-click and save your event cover photo and any images posted to the event page. These can be re-uploaded to Who's In.

3

Note your attendee count and key contacts

While you can't export the full attendee list, note the total RSVP count and manually collect key contact emails.

Consider posting a message on the Facebook Event asking attendees to share their email for future event updates.

Step 2: Set up on Who's In

Get running in minutes

1

Create your Who's In account

Sign up at whos-in.app in 30 seconds. Google, LinkedIn, or email sign-in. Free forever.

No Facebook account needed to use Who's In.

2

Create your event

Enter your event details: title, description, date, time, and location. Upload your cover image. Your event page is live and shareable in under 2 minutes.

3

Add ticketing (if needed)

For paid events, connect Stripe and set ticket prices. Something Facebook Events could never do. Payments go directly to your bank account.

4

Share the link on Facebook

Post your Who's In event link on your Facebook page, in relevant groups, and in the old Facebook Event. Your attendees can RSVP with one tap.

Who's In links generate rich previews on Facebook with your event image and details.

5

Send the event link directly to your contacts via WhatsApp, iMessage, or email.
