Switch from Eventbrite to Who's In

Tired of Eventbrite's 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket fees? Move your events and attendee data to Who's In in about 15 minutes and keep more of your revenue.

Every feature included free forever. No credit card required.

Why organizers switch from Eventbrite

High per-ticket fees

Eventbrite charges 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket. For a $50 ticket, that's $3.64 gone per attendee. On a 200-person event, you lose $728 to fees alone.

Who's In charges just 2.7% flat on paid events. No per-ticket fee. That same event saves you $358.

Limited free tier

Free events lost key features like reserved seating and custom questions. Eventbrite pushes you to paid plans quickly for basic organizer tools.

All features are free forever on Who's In: waitlists, QR check-in, reminders, analytics, recurring events, and more.

Enterprise-focused pricing

Eventbrite's professional plans start at $29/month plus per-ticket fees.

Custom branding, analytics, and multi-event management are all included free. No monthly subscription.
