Can Who's In handle hackathon team formation?▼
There's no team builder. A team can sign up together with group registration, you can tag participants by team in your attendee list, and solo participants get rule-based suggestions of people to meet from shared interests and roles.
Does it support project submissions and judging?▼
No. Who's In doesn't collect or score projects. Use Devpost or a form for submissions and judging, and Who's In for registration, the schedule, check-in and a points leaderboard you update as the event runs.
Can we manage mentors and sponsors?▼
Mentors and judges can have speaker profiles with a photo and bio, and their sessions go in the schedule; there's no mentor booking. Sponsors are listed in tiers with their logos. Your team scans attendee badges for each sponsor (with the attendee's consent), and each sponsor sees and exports its leads in its own portal.
Is there support for virtual and in-person hackathons?▼
Yes. In person, Who's In handles QR badges and check-in. For virtual or hybrid parts, add a stream link that only registered participants can see. There are no room assignments or meal tracking, but every registration records dietary and accessibility needs.
