How to Set Up a Membership Organisation
Turn your Who's In account into a membership organisation. Manage members, collect fees, and grow your club or studio.

Go to your Profile
Navigate to your Profile page from the top-right menu or dashboard.
💡 Tip: You need to be an organizer. If you haven't created an event yet, create one first.

Enable membership features
Scroll to the Membership Organisation section and check "Enable membership features".
💡 Tip: Enabling this gives you a free 90-day Pro trial if you're not already Pro!

Set your organisation name
Enter your club, studio, or organisation name and a short description for potential members.
💡 Tip: This appears on your public profile and join page.

Configure membership settings
Choose whether to require approval for new members, show member count publicly, and allow public sign-ups.
💡 Tip: Enable "Allow public sign-up" so people can find and join your org from your profile page.

Save your profile
Click Save to activate your membership organisation.

Invite your first members
Visit the Members dashboard to invite people by email or share your public join link.
💡 Tip: You can invite up to 100 members at once by pasting email addresses.
