Automatic waitlist management with Who's In. Learn how the smart waitlist system works and how to optimize it.

1

Set a capacity limit

When creating or editing your event, set a maximum capacity. This enables the automatic waitlist.

💡 Tip: You can change capacity at any time, even after RSVPs have started.
2

Understand automatic bumping

When someone drops out, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified.

💡 Tip: This happens instantly—no manual work required!
3

View your waitlist

On your event page, expand the attendee list to see both confirmed guests and waitlisted guests with their position.

💡 Tip: Waitlist positions are numbered so guests know where they stand.
4

Manually promote someone

As an organizer, you can manually promote someone from the waitlist if needed.

💡 Tip: Useful if you need to prioritize certain guests.
5

Increase capacity

If you can accommodate more people, increase capacity and waitlisted guests will be automatically promoted.

💡 Tip: They'll receive a notification that they're now confirmed!

You're all set!
