My Story
Before founding Who's In?, I spent twelve years at Apple, leading teams to deliver world-class experiences. At Apple, the philosophy was simple: technology should get out of the way so people can focus on what matters.
I built Who's In? because I saw a gap where technology was actually making things harder. Whether it was a local yoga class, a weekend hike, or a professional workshop, I watched organizers drown in "admin debt" — manually tracking RSVPs in group chats, chasing payments, and managing messy waitlists.
The goal was clear
Create a "one-link" solution that handles the heavy lifting.
I wanted to build a platform that feels as premium and intuitive as the tools I worked with for years. That's why we've prioritised:

Whether you are hosting a free community meetup or a paid event for hundreds, Who's In is designed to give you your time back. We're currently helping organisers in cities from London to Dubai to Bali move away from spreadsheets and group chats and back to the events they love.
When I'm not building Who's In?, I serve as a Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director for companies in the technology & sports space. Seeing how high-level organisations struggle with simple coordination convinced me that the "organiser's headache" isn't just a community problem — it's a professional one.
We built this for the way modern teams actually work, whether that's a global startup hosting a retreat in Bali or a FTSE 100 firm in London coordinating an office lunch.
