Retreat Deposit

A retreat deposit is a partial pre-payment that secures a student's spot on a multi-day retreat (yoga, fitness, wellness, meditation). Typical deposit: 25-50% of total retreat fee, with the balance due 30-90 days before the retreat. Deposits commit the student (and the studio) financially and let the studio commit to venue + supplier payments. Cancellation policy typically protects deposits with refund tiers based on notice period.
