Package Expiry

Package expiry is the date by which all classes in a class pack must be used before they forfeit. Common windows: 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days from purchase. Shorter expiries drive higher visit frequency and faster repurchase but can frustrate students with travel or injury. Many studios offer paid extensions (typically $10-30 to extend 30 days) or unlimited rollover for medical/travel reasons.
