Class Pack Rollover

Class pack rollover is the policy of carrying unused classes from an expiring pack into a new pack rather than forfeiting them. Common formats: free rollover with new pack purchase, paid rollover ($10-30 fee), or limited rollover (max 1-3 classes). Rollover policies improve student goodwill and repurchase rates but require strict tracking to avoid effectively eliminating expiry. Many studios offer rollover only on packs of 10+.
