Late Cancel

A late cancel is a class cancellation made inside the studio's cancellation window (typically 12-24 hours before class start). Late cancels typically still consume the class credit (unlike timely cancels which are free) and may incur a small fee. The policy enforces capacity discipline — capacity that's freed too late to fill from the waitlist effectively becomes lost revenue. Students see and accept the policy at booking.
