Delegate Bag

A delegate bag (also called swag bag or conference tote) is the branded bag of materials given to each delegate at conference registration. Contents typically include the conference programme, badge lanyard, sponsor inserts, branded merchandise (notebook, pen, water bottle), and on-site essentials. Delegate bags are a sponsorable inventory item — sponsors pay $5k-$25k for branded inserts to reach every delegate.
