Club Secretary

A club secretary is an elected committee member responsible for administrative duties — minute-taking at committee meetings, NGB correspondence, AGM organisation, member-records oversight, and external-contact handling. Often handles fixture-list coordination with leagues + opponent clubs. Like the chairperson and treasurer, the secretary role is typically unpaid in amateur clubs.
