Lead Capture

Lead capture is the process of collecting contact and qualification data from prospective customers at a conference (via badge scans, business-card exchange, contest entries, or session check-ins). Lead capture differs from raw lead retrieval (see lead-retrieval) by adding qualifying questions and intent scoring. Strong lead capture turns conference foot traffic into a real sales pipeline; weak lead capture produces business-card stacks that never convert.
