Committee

A committee is the elected leadership group of a club, responsible for governance, financial oversight, and operational decisions. Typical committee positions: chair (or president), vice-chair, treasurer, secretary, plus 2-5 general members. Committees meet monthly or quarterly, make decisions by majority vote, and report to the wider membership at the AGM. Most committees serve fixed terms (1-3 years) to ensure regular member representation.
