Cancellation policy in a club context is the rule for ending membership. Common policies: cancel-anytime (immediate effect), 30-day notice, end-of-term-only, or no-refund-on-annual. Longer cancellation windows protect club budgeting; shorter windows reduce member friction. Modern platforms display the policy at signup with required acknowledgment, then enforce it automatically through Stripe cancel_at scheduling.
