## Who's In Events (free)

- Price: $0/month (forever)
- Paid ticket fee: 2.7% flat (no per-ticket surcharge, no monthly fee, no setup fee)
- Limits: unlimited events, unlimited RSVPs, unlimited organizers
- Stripe processing fee applies on top (paid at checkout by the organizer's Stripe account, typically 2.9% + $0.30)
- Funds flow: directly into the organizer's own Stripe Connect Standard account — Who's In never holds money

## Who's In Clubs

Two plans (both flat-rate for organizers; no per-member platform fees):

- **Starter** — $8.25/month billed annually ($99/year), or $10/month billed monthly. Up to 99 active members.
- **Growth** — $15.83/month billed annually ($190/year), or $19/month billed monthly. Unlimited members, plus the automated welcome sequence and priority support.
- Billing: monthly or annual via Stripe; no contracts, cancel any time. Upgrade Starter → Growth any time.
- Free trial: 14 days on all paid products (card collected at checkout; first charge at trial end)
- Launch offer: 50% off the first 3 months on monthly billing (auto-applied at checkout)
- Limits: Starter caps active members at 99 (everything else unlimited — tiers, events, messaging); Growth has no member cap. Clubs subscribed before 12 June 2026 keep unlimited members and all features on their existing price.

## Currency

All subscription tiers are billed in USD. Ticket sales on the free Events product can be charged in any of 135+ currencies supported by Stripe Connect Standard, based on the attendee's card. Payouts to organizers happen in their local Stripe account currency.

## Refunds

- Paid events: one-click partial or full refund from organizer dashboard. Who's In platform fee is automatically refunded (organizers are only charged on money they keep). Stripe processing fee refund policy varies by country.
- Subscriptions: prorated refund if cancelled within 14 days of billing. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

## Contracts

- None. Month-to-month by default on all paid plans. Annual billing is optional (saves ~17%) and does not involve a multi-year commitment.

## Enterprise / Custom

- No custom enterprise tier. Studio and Conference Growth plans are the highest tiers.
- SSO, SAML, SCIM: not currently offered. On long-term roadmap.
