A subscription is a recurring payment model where users pay a regular fee (monthly or annually) for ongoing access to a service. Many event platforms charge organizers subscription fees for premium features. Who's In? takes a different approach — all features are free, with revenue coming only from a 2.7% fee on paid ticket transactions.
