Prenatal Class
A prenatal class is a yoga, pilates, or fitness class specifically modified for pregnant students, typically led by a trained prenatal instructor. Modifications include avoiding deep twists, supine positions after 20 weeks, and high-impact movements. Prenatal classes require additional waiver acknowledgment, doctor's clearance for some studios, and are typically capped at lower capacity (12-16 versus 20-30) for instructor attention.
