Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures attendee satisfaction and loyalty by asking: "How likely are you to recommend this event to a friend?" on a 0-10 scale. Responses are categorized as Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), or Detractors (0-6). NPS = % Promoters - % Detractors. Good event NPS is 30+; excellent is 60+.
