Moderator

A moderator is the person who leads a panel discussion, Q&A session, or debate at an event. The moderator introduces panelists, poses questions, manages time, facilitates audience interaction, and keeps the discussion focused. Good moderators prepare thoroughly, prevent any single panelist from dominating, and draw out diverse perspectives.
